I cant say enough about their efficient and prompt customer service. I had paid them twice by mistake and realised it months after the COVID-19 lockdown. When I enquired about the same by texting on their business WhatsApp they made sure they check the details even when I didn't have any details of the invoice with me. They have understood the issue and within days they have refunded the amount to my account. All of this is done with few text messages over WhatsApp. I don't know if many stores go to this extent to help customers in today's world. Thanks a lot!
